Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded; rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor; monitor productivity.
