Job summary

Marshalls in Raleigh, part of The TJX Companies, seeks an Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a strong customer experience. You will work as a team to keep the store clean, organized, and inviting.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends; you will train others, focus on accurate tagging and replenishment, and uphold safety and labor policies while supporting store goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
