Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively, working collaboratively as a team. Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store. Role models exceptional customer service.

  • Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
  • Promotes honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
  • Manages truck deliveries, prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor
  • Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
  • Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
  • Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor
  • Ensures tasks are completed according to store plans; prioritizes as needed
  • Monitors team productivity and coaches accordingly
  • Organizes and rotates back stock for replenishment
  • Upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization standards in the backroom
  • Ensures compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs, where applicable
  • Communicates effectively with management and Associates about priorities and progress
  • Provides and receives feedback constructively
  • Partners with Management on training needs to improve effectiveness
  • Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promotes credit and loyalty programs
  • Supports store shrink reduction initiatives
  • Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
