We are seeking a team member responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role involves adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may include cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs.

1. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and promote a positive store culture founded on honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and give correct change following established procedures.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
5. Follow merchandising standards and procedures to uphold our merchandising philosophy.
6. Prepare merchandise for sale on the floor according to company standards.
7. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
8. Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
9. Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
10. Contribute to store shrink reduction efforts and participate in safety initiatives.
11. Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
