Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas as needed.

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and count change back to customers
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising philosophy and procedures
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support store shrink reduction initiatives
• Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness
• Perform other duties as assigned
