Job summary

You will engage with customers, follow loss prevention standards, and keep the store clean and organized while supporting multiple areas of the business. Responsibilities include ringing transactions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining merchandising standards, and participating in safety and recovery efforts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers.
• Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety programs.
• Supports labor law compliance and participates in shrink reduction goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
