Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring in San Antonio, TX to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience across store operations. You will engage with customers, follow loss prevention standards, and help with various areas of the store as needed.

Responsibilities include ringing transactions, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting safety and recovery efforts.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Participates in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
