Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to deliver great customer service, operate registers, and keep the sales floor tidy and organized.

You will support merchandising standards, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention efforts. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and programs.
