Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to established procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain and follow merchandising procedures and standards
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For: You

• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changing situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Work effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred
