Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

As a Retail Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-training in multiple store areas may be required to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices for internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases, returns, and give change following procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Support safety initiatives and store shrink reduction efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned
