Position Overview:

The Retail Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role supports operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may involve cross-training in multiple store areas.

1. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and promote a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash transactions following established procedures.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs.
5. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
6. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization standards.
7. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
8. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
9. Support store shrink reduction initiatives.
10. Participate in safety programs to maintain a safe environment.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Retail experience preferred.
