Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

As a Retail Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store areas based on business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases, returns, and provide change following established procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept feedback and recognition
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and safety standards
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
