Job Description: Retail Associate at TJ Maxx

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support operational standards, including merchandise handling and loss prevention.
• Support store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately process transactions, promote credit and loyalty programs, and support merchandising standards.
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, safety, and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.

Qualifications:
