Job Description: Retail Associate at TJ Maxx

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
2. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
3. Support multiple store areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility.
4. Model excellent customer experience practices and promote store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.
5. Process transactions accurately, including purchases and returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
6. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale.
7. Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives.
8. Support shrink reduction and safety programs.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to respond to changing situations and lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Retail experience preferred.
