Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Support multiple store areas as needed to support business needs.
• Model excellent customer service practices with all customers.
• Promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately process customer transactions, returns, and handle cash according to procedures.
• Encourage and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow established merchandising procedures and standards for merchandise presentation and preparation.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the store.
• Provide and accept feedback to foster a positive work environment.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety protocols.
• Support store shrink reduction initiatives.
• Participate in safety programs to maintain a secure environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support store needs.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, with or without accommodation.
• Effective team player with peers and supervisors.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
