This role involves delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, with potential cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs.

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and give correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and procedures
• Prepare merchandise for sale following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support store shrink reduction initiatives
• Participate in safety programs to maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For: You
