Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store functions.

1. Model excellent customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
2. Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and provide correct change.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs.
5. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale.
6. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards.
7. Contribute to a safe environment and participate in safety initiatives.
8. Support store shrink reduction efforts.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
