Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas as needed.

• Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization
• Provide and accept feedback and recognition
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction initiatives
• Maintain safety awareness and a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
