Job Description:

This role involves delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The associate adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store functions.

1. Model excellent customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
2. Support and promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer transactions, including purchases and returns, and handle cash responsibly.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
5. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale according to company procedures.
6. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store environment.
7. Provide and receive feedback constructively.
8. Comply with labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
9. Support store shrink reduction initiatives.
10. Maintain a safe environment and participate in safety programs.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
