Position Overview:

The Retail Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role supports operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store areas to meet business needs.

1. Model excellent customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
2. Support and promote a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer transactions, including purchases and returns, and handle cash responsibly.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
5. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale following company procedures.
6. Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and organization efforts throughout the day.
7. Maintain safety standards and participate in safety awareness initiatives.
8. Support store shrink reduction efforts and programs.
9. Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent customer service skills.
