Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

1. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, and give correct change according to procedures.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs.
5. Maintain merchandising standards and follow established procedures.
6. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards.
7. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
8. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
9. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
10. Support store shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

4. Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes effectively.

7. Retail customer experience is preferred.
