Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas as needed.

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures
• Process and prepare merchandise for sale floor
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction programs
• Participate in safety initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
