Job Description: Retail Associate at TJ Maxx

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

3. Support operational standards including merchandise handling, loss prevention, and store recovery.
4. Assist in promoting credit and loyalty programs.
5. Support team efforts in shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
6. Perform other duties as assigned to support store needs.

Qualifications:
