TJ Maxx Store Hendersonville in North Carolina invites you to join a dynamic team at a Fortune 100 off-price retailer. You will help execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll train Associates, maintain organized backstock, and support store operations with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $14.00–$14.50 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing directions or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain backroom organization, tagging, and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labor laws, and company policies.
