Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Sell and process new memberships, upsell, and cross-sell upgrades.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with members via in-store sales, inquiries, and outbound calls. Welcome new members, promote offers, and discuss upgrades.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of leads and interactions.
• Support: Serve as the store’s expert on memberships and assist with cashiering, tagging, and other services as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Sales Experience: At least 3 years in sales and customer service.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency with websites and software.
• Notary Public: Or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Background Checks: Satisfactory pre- and post-employment screening, including criminal, drug, and licensing checks.
