Foot Locker Inc. is seeking a Retail Media Network Program Manager that will play a key role in launching and bringing to market our new retail media program. In this role, you will serve as a central liaison between internal teams and our external agency – ensuring campaigns align with broader retailer & brand initiatives, championing the benefits of retail media and driving both customer value and incremental revenue. You will consult on media plans, digest post-campaign reports, identify & address areas of friction, and provide solutions for brand partner goals. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of media, commerce, and data.

Overview

Foot Locker Inc. is seeking a Retail Media Network Program Manager that will play a key role in launching and bringing to market our new retail media program. In this role, you will serve as a central liaison between internal teams and our external agency – ensuring campaigns align with broader retailer & brand initiatives, championing the benefits of retail media and driving both customer value and incremental revenue. You will consult on media plans, digest post-campaign reports, identify & address areas of friction, and provide solutions for brand partner goals. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of media, commerce, and data.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute strategies that grow our Retail Media Network across on-site, off-site, and in-store placements with vendors.
  • Own the end-to-end program roadmap. From campaign planning to execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing, merchandising, digital, digital product, sales, and analytics teams to align goals, calendars, existing media plans, and execution – applying pressure as needed to keep things moving.
  • Serve as the point of contract for brand partners and advertisers, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery and measurable ROI.
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on RMN capabilities and best practices.
  • Build and optimize scalable processes for campaign set-up, trafficking, QA, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with ad ops and tech team to ensure accurate targeting, measurement, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Partner day-to-day with Retail Media partner to connect the dots with internal teams so they can build meaningful, complementary strategies driven by first-party shopper data.
  • Analyze media performance and sales trends to deliver actionable insights to drive future growth.
  • Drive the strategy & approach for holistic plan across our comprehensive ad offering as we look ahead for the next 3 years.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in retail media, program management, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of RMN platforms (e.g., CitrusAds, Criteo, Walmart Connect, Roundel)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of digital media metrics (ROAS, ROI, CPM, CTR, etc.) and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Retail Media Network experience and understands both the creative and analytical sides of performance marketing

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $85,000.00 - $103,000.00 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
