Job summary

Citadel Pacific Ltd in the United States is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Apprentice to provide operational and administrative support for retail marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns. The role helps coordinate activities between internal teams, partners, vendors, and store operations to ensure timely execution.

The apprentice will assist with loyalty program activities, digital assets, social media content, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of marketing principles, retail operations, and customer engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and marketing communication materials.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of retail marketing promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities.
• Support day-to-day operations of retail and loyalty program, including but not limited to retail site team coordination, collateral and ads distribution, member account management, member engagement, and vendor/partner coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and store operations to ensure timely delivery and implementation of marketing materials and advertisements.
• Assist in managing digital assets, social media content, and marketing communication materials.
• Prepare reports, monitor campaign activities, and maintain accurate records related to marketing and loyalty program performance.
• Support customer and partner concerns related to promotions, loyalty activities, and marketing initiatives to help maintain positive customer experience.
• Assist in preparing training materials and supporting orientation or training sessions related to marketing programs and promotions.
• Provide support in building and strengthening relationships with partners for possible marketing tie-ups and other partnership opportunities
• Assist in Business User end-to-end testing of all applications and systems related to the Loyalty Program
• Perform administrative and operational tasks necessary for the efficient execution of marketing projects and other assigned initiatives.
