CITADEL Pacific is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Apprentice to support loyalty and account management initiatives across PACIFICPOINTS and FleetPlus. You will assist with operations, partner coordination, and marketing communications to drive member engagement.

You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of promotions, maintain records, and help deliver a positive customer experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to attend classes and work 40 hours/week.
• Guam residency requirement for 3 consecutive years.

Responsabilités

• Assist in day-to-day operations and coordination of PACIFICPOINTS and PACIFICPOINTS FleetPlus promotions and activities.
• Support account management processes including onboarding new FleetPlus accounts and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors to improve loyalty programs and customer experience.
