Menards is seeking a Manager Trainee in the Chicago area. This full-time, hands-on training program develops you for a future management role, with mentorship from General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members.

As you progress, you gain exposure to our 330+ store network and potential advancement to leadership positions across stores, corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to learn and implement store operations.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to develop management skills.
