Throughout the program, you will partner with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to gain a deep understanding of our business and advance toward a management position across Menards 330+ locations.

Qualifications

• Manager Trainee program is a paid, full-time, hands-on training designed to develop and prepare you for Menards Management.
• Progress through the program by collaborating with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree is preferred.
