AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Retail Manager at Presbyterian College Freshens in Clinton, SC. This is a full-time position with schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Background in franchised quick service restaurant operations (multi-unit preferred).
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage multiple retail dining locations and service teams with a hands-on approach.
• Provide leadership, driving quality and efficiency in the areas of customer service, food production, menu development, product selection, quality control, sanitation, housekeeping, merchandising, marketing and promotions.
• Manage inventory control, product forecasting and food and supplies ordering.
• Handle cash, operate and troubleshoot the POS system; train others to operate the system.
• Ensure proper merchandising and marketing materials within each retail location.
• Monitor operating procedures, supervise staff and provide training development as needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service in each retail food location.
• Comply with AVI policies and procedures; maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and team members.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Retail Manager at Presbyterian College.

This is a full-time position in Clinton, SC. Must be flexible in schedule. Schedule varies and includes nights and weekends as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage multiple retail dining locations and service teams with a hands-on approach

• Comply with all AVI policies and procedures; maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and team members

Requirements:

• Background inclusive of franchised quick service restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-unit capacity
• Successful team leadership experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
