Job Summary:

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for supporting the customer service managers with the overall success of the business. This includes adhering to the company’s standards, policies, and expectations. This position also motivates, trains, develops, and directs all employees to accomplish the objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyzing data to help improve sales, no sales, spoils
• Communicating with drivers, customers, clients
• Working with planograms/merchandising out in the field
• Working with installations and removals in the field
• Working with and learning our various computer systems
• Data entry/admin work
• Dashboard Reporting, Power BI understanding, and any other data analytics required to perform duties
• Various tasks as needed to help with the operation

Qualifications:
• Retail experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet
• Strong communication skills
• Customer Service experience preferred
