Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or 6 months with Windsor.
• Proven leadership able to guide a team of up to 25.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule to support store needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and contribute to store productivity and KPI targets.
• Assist Store Manager in talent scouting and onboarding.
• Oversee daily store operations and scheduling to maintain Oasis standards.
• Lead, coach and develop stylists to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold Windsor policies, procedures and merchandising directives.
