Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience in footwear/apparel is preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act in store manager's absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure high-quality customer service per policies and manuals.
• Support merchandise promotion and customer service initiatives.
