Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provides knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Aware of inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Ensure extraordinary customer service per manuals and policies.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear.
