Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail, grocery, food service, or hospitality.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and conflict management skills.
• Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate others.

Responsabilités

• Oversee grocery and front-end operations as a working manager.
• Provide boots-on-ground support and back up for associates store-wide.
• Lead and supervise associates, fostering a positive team environment.
• Address scheduling, performance issues, and customer concerns.
• Build vendor relationships and ensure standards compliance.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, inventory, and ordering.
• Fill in as Store Manager in absence, demonstrating leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
