Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a Part-time Manager in Training in Murray, UT. You will act as an Assistant Manager while taking courses and gaining hands-on experience to advance to a keyed position.

You will drive sales, manage daily operations, and coach a team of fashion-forward stylists to deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience. You will work with the Store Manager to hire, train, and retain talent, organize schedules, and uphold Windsor’s merchandising and visual standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or 6 months working for Windsor.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and act as a sales-driver on the floor.
• Support Store Manager in talent attraction and onboarding.
• Lead, coach and develop stylists for peak performance.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure Windsor Visual Guidelines.
