Menards is seeking motivated individuals to join its Manager Trainee program in Illinois. This paid, full-time training role is designed to develop your skills in retail management and prepare you for leadership responsibilities across departments.

During the program you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and advance to a management role. Take part in a culture that rewards internal promotion and internal growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid, full-time Manager Trainee training program to develop retail management skills.

• Progress through the program with a view to advancing to a leadership position across 330+ stores and facilities.
