Bass Pro Shops in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Hunting Retail Manager to supervise the Hunting/Firearms departments, ensuring compliance with ATF and state laws, merchandise presentation, and outstanding customer service.

You will lead safety standards, drive sales plans, manage open/close and manager-on-duty duties, maintain planograms, train staff, and resolve customer and outfitter issues to deliver a legendary shopping experience.

Qualifications
