Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Retail Manager - Firearms in Greenville, SC. You will supervise the firearms department, ensure ATF/state compliance, and drive merchandising, inventory, and sales performance. Lead staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance coaching to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach the team to meet financial plans, manage store openings/closings, and promote club memberships while maintaining safety standards across all firearm operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Retail Management with firearms handling experience.

Retail Manager - Firearms### Retail Manager - FirearmsApply: Greenville, SC: Full time: Posted Yesterday: End Date: November 30, 2026 (26 days left to apply): R271664***POSITION SUMMARY:*** The Retail Manager - Firearms supervises the firearms department within the store to include compliance with ATF, state and federal laws, and company policies and procedures.
