Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership in guest experience, culinary operations, staffing, inventory, marketing, and profitability.
2. Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
3. Assist with budgeting and cost controls.
4. Manage procurement and inventory of food and supplies.
5. Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of staff to reduce turnover.
6. Lead client presentations.

Job Requirements:
