Retail Manager-Customer Experience Manager-Part Time

Store Location

Job Responsibilities
  1. Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations.
  2. Lead omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises.
  3. Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with product location and solutions.
  4. Support Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs, policies, and legal requirements.
  5. Achieve KPIs by managing and coaching the customer experience team, including sales floor and cashier staff.
  6. Plan and lead in-store events and manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
  7. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and onboarding new team members.
  8. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and promote a positive, respectful work environment.
  9. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and cross-training in Custom Framing sales and production.
  10. In stores without a Framing Manager, lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Retail management experience preferred.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and reaching.
  • Work in a climate-controlled retail setting, with some outdoor work and work hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
