The Michaels Companies store in Cedar Knolls, NJ is seeking a proactive Store Lead to coach a team of framers, develop customer relationships, and drive high-quality custom framing solutions. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to plan workloads, coach selling behaviors, and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and company standards while achieving KPIs.

Basic computer skills
Public retail store setting taking care of our customers; all public areas are climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks; Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press ; work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.
Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job. Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $16.75 - $22.60. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with state and local laws.
