Job summary

HHS is seeking a friendly, compassionate leader to join the culinary team at Bon Secours St Marys Hospital of Richmond. You will manage day-to-day cafe operations, lead a results-driven retail food service department, and drive customer satisfaction while supporting revenue growth.

You will recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop staff, monitor costs and sales, and maintain a fast-paced, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of retail food experience in quick-serve, grocery, or fine dining settings.
• 3+ years in management with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cafe retail area to provide excellent customer service and support revenue growth.
• Lead a goal-oriented retail food service department to foster morale, quality, and respect.
• Develop and monitor evaluation processes for customer satisfaction.
• Lead recruitment, training, development, scheduling, and assignments for team members.
• Perform daily inspections and coach team members on performance.
• Manage department sales and costs and monitor budgets.
