• Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to inspire customers and employees alike.
• Ensure the store remains beautifully maintained, well‑stocked, and inviting.
• Handle administrative responsibilities, including cash management, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
