Menards in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time, hands-on program designed to develop future store leaders. You will work closely with General Management, Department Managers and Team Members to learn operations and prepare you for a management role.

As you progress, you’ll gain exposure to store functions, drive customer service excellence, and advance within our promote-from-within culture across 330+ locations. Leadership potential and business coursework preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills required or preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
