Menards Inc. is hiring for a paid Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for store management. This full-time, hands-on training positions you to learn operations from the ground up and to work closely with General Managers and department leaders.

As you progress, you gain leadership experience, complete the program, and become eligible for promotion to one of our 330+ store locations, corporate office, or distribution centers, with ongoing advancement opportunities.

Qualifications
