Menards Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for store management. You will work with the General Management team and Department Managers to learn our business and grow into a leadership role.

As you progress through the program, you will collaborate with Store Team Members to build strong customer service and operational excellence, with clear paths for advancement across 330+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
