Menards is seeking motivated individuals for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program in Iowa. You will receive hands-on training and work closely with the General Management team to learn our business and prepare for a management role.

As you progress, you will be supported by store leadership and teammates to develop operational skills and leadership capabilities, with clear advancement opportunities within Menards’ 330+ locations and corporate facilities.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to develop general management skills.
