Menards Inc. in Ohio is seeking motivated individuals for our Manager Trainee program. This paid, full-time, hands-on training position will help you learn retail management and prepare for leadership roles across our stores.

Throughout the program you will train with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand our business and advance to a store management role. Menards promotes from within and offers career growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to lead and develop a team.
